EFFA Local 3320's Certificate of Affiliation was on May 16, 1990.  The Local started with 18 members and has grown to date with 26 out of 27 active members.

The Original Charter Members were:  Tony Price, Billy Allen, Darrell Brundage, Lonnie Creager, Jeff Gray, Gary Howell, Gary Cochran, Ricky Jordon, Donald Lampier, Billy Lockhart,  Jonathan Luebke, Danny Lynch, Jim Stephens, Ricky McElhaney, Johnny Pfeifer, Micheal Preston, Freddy Santos, and Roger Treadaway. 

Ennis Local 3320 not only committed of taking care of its own, but we take care of the families of our members.  We give each members children a $250.00 scholarship when they enroll into a college or tech school.  We have given members funds on the spot when they have had a unexpected emergency.

We also take care of the citizens in our community.  Here is just a few of the events and charities we sponsor. In 2007 we raised $3500.00 for MDA Fill-the-Boot, we give out a $250.00 scholarship each year to a Ennis High School senior to attend a Fire Academy or EMT school, We have Carter Blood Drives 3 to 6 times a year, Sponsor a Christmas Family with dinner and gifts, Give funds to our local United Way programs, Sponsor a boys baseball team and a girls softball team since 1992,

Not only do we serve the City of Ennis...we are also committed to the great people of this state and nation. In the aftermath of Sept. 11, 2001...we sent 9 firefighters to New York in Nov. 2001 with a check for $10,000.00 along with some gifts.  The money was raised from the great people of Ennis, Texas.  EFFA just recently joined the TSAFF Relief and Scholarhip Fund as 3rd Alarm members.

EFFA will always be committed to the citizens we serve, to the other locals of this state, and to the welfare of its members.
